1/2 cucumber (optional)
1 tablespoon of sugar (or sweetener).
Squeeze the juice out of the oranges.

1 cup of alfalfa
1 cup of collard greens
1 celery stalk
1 green apple
1 cup of grape juice or water

1 teaspoon of honey
2 oranges or 1 papaya
1 teaspoon of grated ginger
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
Squeeze the oranges and blend the orange juice with the rest of the ingredients until reaching the desired texture.
Celery and Carrot Smoothie
3 celery stalks
1 cup of water
Simple and effective, this recipe is recommended for drinking half a cup twice a day and between meals in order to relieve different symptoms of allergies.
A smoothie as exotic as it is tasty and loaded with nutrients.
½ cup of raspberries
1 cup of water
1 tablespoon of maple syrup (optional)
If you like sweeter smoothies, try recipes with fruits like banana, papaya, coconut milk, “canistel”, dragon fruit or any other kind of berry. If, however, you want to add a touch of acidity, we recommend using passion fruit, guava, pineapple, or starfruit.
