Mango contains anticancer elements. A recent research shows that polyphenols , provided by mangos, are very effective to prevent or stop cancer cells progess. Mango has high quantity of potasio that gives diuretic properties and his great contributions of fiber helps in reducing cholesterol. Contains enzymes, very similar to those of papaya, which make the mango a very digestible fruit.

2 Riped Mangos
4 Chicken Breasts
2 Tablespoon Sugar Cane
2 Tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
1 piece of fresh ginger
1 tablespoon nutmeg
- Chop mangos and onions in small pieces. Fry onion with grated ginger during few minutes on low heat.
- Add mangos, sugar cane, nutmeg and vinegar. Leave them cooking on medium heat during 5 minutes.
- Add 1/2 cup water. Cover and let simmer for 25-30 minutes , stirring occasionally. Mango should be soft.
- Grill chicken breast , chop them and cover with the sauce.
