Together we helped the people of #Immokalee recover from the devastation caused by 🌪#Hurricane #Irma.
Immokalee was struggling with basic life necessities. Many residents live in mobile homes, which were destroyed by #Hurricane Irma. Nearly half of the population of #Immokalee live below the poverty line and many do not have the resources available to replace spoiled food, toiletries and clothes, let alone rebuild their homes and lives. But together, we helped this community on Sunday and tried to get the families of Immokaleeback on their feet.
Thanks to the Terra Fresh Foods and Hands of Terra family, we accomplished our mission of helping the people of Immokalee. “It was a life changing experience to help those in need from Hurricane Irma. It was beautiful to see the happiness of those families when we arrived to the affected area. There is nothing more rewarding than receiving a thankful hug from them,” said Brayner Gutierrez, a Sales Executive of Terra Fresh Foods.
